A Verified Marketplace for India’s Creators & Small Businesses

Surabhi.io is a social commerce marketplace that bridges the gap between India’s vast network of small sellers — weavers, artisans, sculptors, farmers, and independent brands — and digital consumers. The platform enables direct selling, creator collaborations, and community-driven commerce without requiring technical expertise from sellers.

The platform integrates natively with India Stack infrastructure: UPI for payments, ONDC for last-mile logistics, and Aadhaar-based verification for a trusted, fraud-resistant network.

“India’s social commerce market is projected to reach $1 trillion within this decade. Surabhi.io is purpose-built for this inflection point — giving small sellers the same digital reach as large e-commerce players, without the complexity.”

Small Sellers Locked Out of the Digital Economy

India has millions of skilled artisans, traditional craft-makers, and micro-entrepreneurs whose products deserve a global audience. Yet the existing e-commerce infrastructure — dominated by Amazon, Flipkart, and aggregators — creates more barriers than opportunities for these sellers.

🧑‍🎨

No Online Presence

Weavers, sculptors, and farmers lack the technical literacy to manage websites, product listings, or SEO.

🏦

Middlemen Capture Margins

Intermediaries aggregate products and resell online at 2–4× markups, leaving original creators with minimal profit.

🛒

Platform Complexity

Onboarding on Amazon or Flipkart requires extensive documentation, compliance, and technical setup — inaccessible to small sellers.

🔗

No Creator Economy Access

Small businesses cannot tap influencer and creator networks to drive discovery or viral marketing campaigns.
