Free Redistribution
The license allows software to be freely sold or given away. No royalties or fees are required.
Source Code Availability
Source code must be included and distributed in both compiled and source forms. It must be accessible at minimal or no cost, with unobfuscated and modifiable code.
Derived Works
Modifications and derivative works are permitted and can be distributed under the original license terms.
Integrity of the Author’s Source Code
Modifications to the source code may be restricted, but "patch files" can be provided for alterations. Modified works can be distributed but may require a different name or version number.
No Discrimination Against Persons or Groups
